Our Community and Stakeholder Engagement Services are designed to provide support in planning, developing and implementing Public and Stakeholder Engagement strategies using the IAP2 Spectrum.
Linda is GIAP2 certified which means she has completed the required study for a Certificate in Engagement completing the following papers in 2023 and fulfilled the required CPD:

ENGAGEMENT PLANNING
Understand the objectives and identify stakeholders.
DESIGN AND PLAN ENGAGEMENT
Select engagement methods using the IAP2 matrix, develop the plan phases and timeline – select and implement the appropriate IAP2 Spectrum Levels: Inform, consult, involve, collaborate and/or empower.
IMPLEMENT THE ENGAGEMENT PLAN
Facilitate and lead the engagement methods implementation.
COMMUNICATE THE OUTCOMES AND REPORTING
Prepare the outcomes report for each phase and objective.
EVALUATION
Carry out an evaluation of engagement goals and make recommendations for continuous improvements.
